DR ANDREW BOUTROS Director and Founder
Andrew has extensive experience in strategic development, counselling and training through successful careers as a teacher, pastor, CEO and Director of True Success since 2008.
He held several positions of responsibility including as Year 9 coordinator during a six-year tenure at Brighton Secondary College in Melbourne.
Following this role at Brighton Secondary College, he became the youth director of Southport Church of Christ on the Gold Coast for 13 years. During his time at the Gold Coast he worked with families, youth, university students and several international charity organisations.
He returned to Melbourne with his family to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer with a National Charity developing many significant strategic relationships in the business, political and educational sectors as well as overseeing the business and strategic development of the organization.
In 2007 he was involved with initiating the successful National Youth Ministry Convention on the Gold Coast, attracting more than 500 delegates.
In 2008 he launched True Success as a dedicated vehicle for building better workplaces, education and families around the nation. Since then the organization has grown and pioneered the role of Proactive Employee Assistance Program (PEAP), which has become popular with many True Success clients. It provides the platform for a wide range of HR services and thus Andrew has seen it all when it comes to HR matters..
Andrew’s doctoral studies in personal and organisational development as well as his undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Science, Theology and Education provide him with a solid academic base for his work.
Andrew completed his doctoral paper through Fuller in Pasadena (USA). His studies led him to focus on the model that True Success is based upon. Areas of focus included self-care, adrenaline, stress, depression, relational boundaries, personality, conflict, negotiation, family relationships, life balance, mediation and strategic development.
Andrew is an ordained minister of religion and holds full teachers’ registration. His broad work experience and research in the area of communicating for life change, pastoral care and leadership makes him more than capable in assessing and delivering input with credibility and confidence. His extensive travel internationally for research, leadership and speaking engagements has enabled him to be able to relate uniquely to people at every life stage.
He is actively involved in the community and more than anything loves time with family and following sport.

LYNDA BOUTROS Director
Lynda is a highly experienced presenter, speaker, facilitator, mentor, trainer and PEAP carer. She has had a successful extensive teaching career as a Department Head and in other leadership roles before joining True Success as in 2014.
She was an active pastoral carer, mentor and regular presenter for 13 years at Southport Church of Christ on the Gold Coast. During this time Lynda was also the Queensland State Representative for Growing Families Australia and as well as an active participant in the International Directors meeting for Focus on the Family in the USA in June 2007.
Lynda has led many professional development training seminars both locally and nationally. She has played an instrumental role in the creation and growth of True Success training tools and processes.
Lynda is True Success’ Primary Researcher and has instigated the concepts behind many of the highly successful seminars executed by the company. She is particularly sought after as a leadership and professional development mentor.
Lynda holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, Victoria as well as a Bachelor of Education from Heritage, Queensland. She is a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and is currently completing her Masters in Arts in Pastoral Care at MCD, Victoria.
She is enjoys reading, family holidays, coffee with friends and watching “The Mentalist”.

NEIL Mc MILLAN Specialist
Neil spent 20+ years as Director and General Manager of a firm in the financial planning and investment Industry. After selling out of the business he became a Lecturer in Deakin University teaching at the Masters level in the Accounting, Economics and Finance Faculty (Financial Planning)
His firm was successful in achieving recognition in best practice of Corporate Governance, relating to the Financial Planning industry. A practical, approach to change, formed the basis of the development of his company from start-up to a position of being a market leader for quality management and processes in the Financial Planning Industry. He has extensive practical experience in personal appraisals, arranging & implementing relevant succession plans and searching for appropriate staff & directors.
Neil brings experience as a Company Director on two private & public company boards having also completed a company director’s course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Neil also ran his own psychological practice for ten years. He has strong workplace counselling and mentoring experience as an educator, financial services advisor expert, hands on manager and executive director. He has served as visiting professor in the United States and taught in several countries. He is also a Justice of the Peace and Bail Justice for the State of Victoria.
Neil has been active in many non profit charities and in the care sector . He is an active participant and contributor at his local church, New Community Ringwood.
He is married to Helen and they have three adult children and 7 grandkids.

MELANIE FRANKLIN HR Specialist
Melanie has experience in training, HR, administration and pastoral care and has travelled extensively, spending extended time working abroad on two different occasions. Melanie fulfilled a key training role on board the international ship MV Logos Hope, with 400 volunteers, preparing them for a wide range of roles including charity events in developing countries. She more recently spent two years with her young family in Thailand on staff with an international child trafficking charity, in a vital HR role, before returning to Australia in November 2016.
In her earlier career Melanie worked as the Children’s Pastor at Edge Church being involved in schools, heading up programs, sports and lunch time activities as well as kids' clubs and holiday clubs. She worked as a Trainer with Caleb Ministries, an international organisation based in Melbourne delivering a unique training experience for the corporate and charity sector. The course gave experienced managers and pastors, both in Australia and overseas, comprehensive training in public speaking, relationship building, motivation and management skills, to name a few.
More recently Melanie worked as a Project Manager for IVT, an IT company offering a custom made database management system with a web interface to help NGO’s manage their member database. It came complete with contact details, events, commerce and web design. The work involved extensive client interaction, data importing, content management and problem solving.
Melanie married her husband, Nathan, a web and Salesforce developer in 2011 and together they have two children. She still loves travelling as well as swimming, walking, shopping and good coffee.
