Erin Boutros is a serial entrepreneur, a natural innovator and an out of the box thinker. In 2015, she co-founded and directed a non-profit based in Malawi focusing on reusable sanitary pads and menstrual hygiene. Her non-profit was successful at pioneering a sustainable business model for communities impacted by crisis. Throughout her time in the NFP sector, she had the privilege of partnering with many international organisations including the United Nations, Mercedes Benz, RMIT, DFAT and the Malawian Government.
At the start of 2020, Erin used her communication & marketing skills to accidentally launch a national movement supporting bushfire impacted towns called 'Empty Esky'. The campaign reached 19 million people in the first week of launching and was supported by many high profile Australian's including Prime Minister Scott Morrison. 'Empty Esky' is now a NFP organisation sponsored by the likes of Jeep & Cotton On.
Erin joined the family business as a talent acquisition manager in 2019 and is quickly applying her problem-solving skills to help True Success clients to do business better. She likes black coffee, blank slates, F45 and would love to visit her high school careers counsellor who told her that starting businesses was not a sensible career. If your looking for purpose in your business, needing clarity in your communications or just looking for a like-minded big picture thinker to bounce ideas off, this is your girl.
