Lynda Boutros
Lynda is an exceptional listener, speaker, facilitator, mentor and PEAP pastoral carer. She had a very successful teaching career before joining True Success in 2013. She is particularly sought after as a leadership and professional development mentor.
Lynda has created and led many professional development training seminars for business and non profit organisations around the country. She has played an instrumental role in the creation and growth of True Success training tools and processes.
Lynda is True Success’ Primary Researcher and has instigated the concepts behind many of the highly successful seminars executed by the company. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Pastoral Care and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision.
Dr Andrew Boutros
Andrew has extensive experience in strategic development, counselling and training through successful careers as a teacher, pastor, CEO and now Director of True Success.
In 2008 he launched True Success as a dedicated vehicle for building better workplaces, education and families around the nation. Since then the organisation has grown and pioneered the role of Proactive Employee Assistance Program (PEAP), which has become popular with many True Success clients. It provides a platform for a wide range of HR services and thus Andrew has seen it all when it comes to complex HR matters.
Andrew’s doctoral studies in business wellbeing, as well as his undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Science, Theology and Education, provide him with a solid academic base for his work. Andrew completed his doctoral studies at Fuller in Pasadena (USA). This led him to develop the successful model on which True Success is based. Areas of focus included self-care, wellbeing, mental and emotional health, relational boundaries, personality, conflict, negotiation, family relationships, life balance, mediation and strategic development.
Andrew is ordained as a minister of religion and still holds full teachers’ registration. His broad work experience and research in the area of communication, conflict and negotiation, pastoral care and leadership makes him more than capable of assessing needs and delivering input with credibility and confidence. His extensive travel overseas for research, leadership and speaking engagements has enabled him to be able to relate uniquely to people at every life stage.
He is actively involved in the community and enjoys family, fishing, friends and following sport.

Melissa is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background at a senior level in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources. She is also a qualified Counsellor and her unique blend of financial acumen and counselling skills has enabled her to effectively guide individuals towards their goals, while also providing empathetic support through challenging times. She has a passion for helping others and thrives on using her skills and experience to make a positive impact.
Melissa has also had significant personal life experience which she draws on in helping others overcome obstacles, manage and improve mental health and reach their full potential. She possesses a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with others, comprehending their stories and integrating them into a broader context of potential change in their lives.
Melissa values honesty, authenticity, respect, kindness and fostering strong and close personal relationships. She enjoys tennis, music, arts and crafts, catching up with friends and spending time with her family.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Accounting, Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146), Diploma of Counselling and is currently embarking on attaining the ICF Level 1 Executive Coaching certification.
Dr Penny Martin
Penny is one of the smartest yet down to earth people you'll ever meet. She's a teaching, training and leadership specialist and has been working in these fields, including in churches and academic roles, for the last 30 years. She has all kinds of degrees (Bachelor, Masters and a Doctorate from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena) and most recently has studied Professional Supervision.
She's a registered teacher and is still teaching at tertiary level as well as working with True Success. Penny even spent a year running a gym. Outside of work, Penny enjoys bike riding, reading, camping, studying and time with family and friends. Have a chat with Penny and you'll see all her study in action as she helps you sift through the issues and clarify what matters.
Clinton Ooi
With over 20 years of experience as a practising Lawyer, Clinton brings a blend of legal expertise, strategic insight and human understanding to complex people and organisational challenges. He mediates issues with a people first perspective, while ensuring outcomes remain aligned with business and leadership objectives.
In addition to his legal career, Clinton is an ordained minister, with over 10 years pastoral ministry experience, bringing a grounded, values-based dimension to his work. This enables him to support individuals and organisations not only from a professional standpoint, but also with depth, empathy, and a strong ethical framework.
Holding a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Sport Management, he offers a unique lens on leadership, performance, and organisational culture. Complemented by his pastoral care experience, he is particularly skilled in supporting individuals and teams through complex interpersonal and workplace challenges.
Clinton enjoys spending time with his family, sports, music and travelling.
Tim Boutros
Tim joined the company recently bringing with him a broad range of experiences in both work and travel and industry.
He has held several management roles in hospitality working in London, USA as well as his home town of Melbourne.
He then chose to formalise his experience and is currently completing his Business degree majoring in Human Resources Management.
Tim is a vital resource for True Success clients, providing practical advice, assistance and creative solutions in a broad range of day to day challenges faced.
He is currently expanding the offering that True Success provides and is utilised extensively by clients who value his fresh approach and knowledge.
Tim enjoys surfing, snowboarding and all sports as well as travel when able.
